Throughout these terms, Adventurous Appetites Ltd and Adventurous Appetites Activities Ltd is collectively referred to as “Adventurous Appetites.”

Liability

Adventurous Appetites accepts no responsibility for the personal safety of its clients or for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Adventurous Appetites cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error, or default.

Adventurous Appetites does not accept responsibility for any illness related to the consumption of food or drink during the tour.

Adventurous Appetites cannot be held liable for any costs or other liabilities arising from acts of terrorism, war, accidents, weather conditions, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control (commonly referred to as Acts of God).

Adventurous Appetites reserves the right to alter itineraries or services without prior notice where necessary.

Adventurous Appetites also reserves the right to accept, refuse, or retain any person as a member of the group.

By booking or using the services of Adventurous Appetites, either directly or through partners or third parties, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain private travel insurance covering cancellation, personal injury, loss of belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Waiver of Claims

With knowledge of the foregoing, each user of Adventurous Appetites’ services agrees to waive, release, and indemnify Adventurous Appetites, its partners, agents, consultants, contractors, and employees from any claims, actions, or causes of action for damages or injury to persons or property arising from the use of Adventurous Appetites’ services.

Governing Law

Adventurous Appetites Ltd, and any services contracted through Adventurous Appetites Ltd or Adventurous Appetites Activities Ltd, are governed by and subject to English Law.

Payment Conditions

Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed at least 7 days before the tour, depending on the booking date.

Cancellation/Changes Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour are fully refundable minus a nominal cancellation/changes fee.

Cancellations/Changes made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your booking within 30 days of the original reservation date, subject to availability.

Cancellation/Changes Fees

All cancellations/changes are subject to a nominal administration fee:

• £5 per guest cancelled

These fees help cover payment processing and transfer costs.

Payment Methods

For bookings not made through our automated booking system, payment can be made by:

• Electronic bank transfer to our UK bank account (details provided upon booking)
• Debit or credit card via Stripe

For corporate or private bookings, bank transfer charges are to be paid by the client. Where Stripe or card payments are used, the relevant processing fees may apply.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

All reasonable measures will be taken to cater for any dietary requirements and allergies, but Adventurous Appetites does not accept responsibility for any allergic reaction (or the subsequent treatment resulting from said reaction) that a participant may experience from consumption of food or drink on our tours. We do not guarantee any food item to be free from particular ingredients or seasonings, including but not limited to lactose, soy, wheat, gluten, fish, shellfish, nuts, fruits, vegetables, spices, synthetic and natural colours, and chemical additives to which certain guests may be allergic.

Alcohol Consumption responsibility clause

Adventurous Appetites assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or incident arising from the participant’s consumption of alcohol, whether before, during, or after our tours.

By joining our tours, clients accept full liability for their actions and behaviour while under the influence of alcohol, including any harm caused to themselves, other participants, third parties, or property. Adventurous Appetites reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation in activities, or remove any participant from the tour without refund if, in the guide’s sole discretion, the participant’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of applicable laws.

Late arrival/missed tour policy

Our tours start punctually. If you or your travel companions are running late or need assistance in finding the meeting point, please call our contact number, ideally before the scheduled start of your tour, and we will do our best to assist you, however it is the client’s ultimate responsibility to reach the meeting point on time.
We are unable to compensate or reschedule any clients who miss their tour due to traffic or any other circumstance.
